Westmed announced the recent launch of Westmed’s new Electronic Health Record (EHR), which includes the introduction of a new Westmed Patient Portal. Your existing Westmed Portal and Mobile App are no longer accessible, so you must register for a new portal account by following a few simple steps.
We are pleased you have chosen to use the Patient Portal to communicate securely and confidentially with your healthcare team. Please note you will not be able to exchange messages with CityMD providers or request appointments at CityMD. Why Register for Westmed Portal?
Taking just a few minutes to Register will give you access to valuable information and services provided securely and confidentially. Once Registered and Logged on to the Westmed Portal you will be able to:
- Exchange messages with our practice
- Review and pay billing statements
- Request appointments
- Research health topics
- Review personal health information
- Complete and update medical forms
- Update your profile and contact information

This practice only allows current patients to register online. Call the practice at (914) 682-0700 to register as a new patient. If you are a current patient, follow the simple steps below for Westmed’s New Patient Portal registration.
Westmed Portal Registration
Are you a first-time user? You must register before you can log in to the patient portal. To register, click the “Create Account” link on the Westmed portal, or contact your provider’s office and ask them to send you an email invitation. The email will contain a secure link that will allow you to complete the registration process.
- Visit the MyWestmed login portal on your mobile desktop or browser.
- On the login page, click Create an Account or enter https://21260-1.portal.athenahealth.com/?section=landing&sub=registration_wizard in your browser
- When asked “Who will use this account?,” click the Patient option and enter your registration information.
- After verifying your information and signing in, the Welcome page appears. You are now logged in to your NEW Westmed Patient Portal account.
